The role we are offering you:
By joining our operations research team, you will have the opportunity to implement optimization engines within the context of flight operations

Are you ready to:

Interpret business requirements and convert them into parameters understandable by a mathematical engine.
Walk through airline processes and how an optimization engine will fit into their overall picture.
Set up reports to explain cause and effect to customers, in the context of the parameter changes requested.
Write Python scripts to help collate data and draw insights on optimization.
Explain the output of optimization engines in a way that highlights cause and effect.
Bachelor's (with Honours) or higher in Operations Research, Computer Science, or other related field.
Understanding of airline processes, specific to either Crew Planning or Disruption Management.
Previous experience with optimization engines in an airline context.
Python scripting ability.
