Role:
HR Executive + Assistant to CEO
Skills and Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding:_ Take ownership of the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making recommendations for final selections. Support the onboarding and orientation process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Training:_ Support employee training and development initiatives by coordinating training programs, tracking employee progress, and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Outsource Workforce Management_
- Payroll Management:_ Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software, and schedule bank payments and/or paychecks to employees.
- PF ESI: _Ability to independently handle the monthly, quarterly and annual forms, return filling, etc.
- HR Policy:_ Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Strong Presentation Skills:_ Assist in creating pitch decks and presentations for stakeholders.
- Experience:_ 3+ years in mid to large sized startups.
Salary:
₹350, ₹400,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
