Description

Serac Education is hiring dynamic psychologists and counsellors to fulfil the following responsibilities:

Conduct Psychometric and report preparation
Coordinate the calendar timeline & conduct counselling sessions
Provide career counselling
Implement the various Serac Education services to the assigned clients
Visit/ or emeet education and corporate organizations with Sr. Psychologist
Design and hold workshops, seminars and webinars
Be wellversed with Serac Education psychometric and counselling services
Create and revise existing assessments
Provide digital content, resources, literature and research for guidance
Knowledge about counselling with all age groups on an individual basis, and/or well mix groups of all ages.
Handle operational activities sometimes independently
Coordinate with other team members.
