What are Client Services, Fiduciary Operations group responsible for?- This role will be part of Fiduciary Account Client Services Team.- Team is responsible for a successful client onboarding, opening new accounts for existing clients and closing terminated relationships, initiation, coordination, and processing of all account opening/onboarding tasks as required to enable transactions for investment and relationship management professionals, closing terminated relationships.

What are the ongoing responsibilities of a Graduate Trainee?

Responsibilities include performing one or more of the following functions:_
Collect and review required account opening information/documentation from internal teams.
Input collected information into Know Your Client and Account Opening Profile electronic forms.
Work with market teams to obtain missing information needed to complete verification and onboarding.
Verification and communication of account funding status and other client set up milestones to the internal market teams.
Completion and coordination of account closing tasks (such as document review, submission of account closing profile electronic forms)

What ideal qualifications, skills & experience would help someone to be successful?

Education & qualifications:_
Bachelors in commerce mandatory
Training/Certification in KYC process.

Must have skills:_

Background in finance and accounting mandatory
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organization skills with high attention to details
Proven ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fastpaced multitasking environment.
Ability to work independently after proper training.

Work Shift Timings PM AM IST (need to be flexible)
