A jewelry sales executive's responsibilities include:
- Selling: Presenting and selling products and services to customers
- Displaying: Arranging displays of jewelry and other items
- Supporting: Supporting the marketing team for exhibitions and customer visits
- Identifying: Identifying potential customers and referring them to the store
- Helping: Helping customers choose jewelry and complete sales transactions
- Preventing: Preventing store thefts
- Reporting: Reporting to upper management
Other responsibilities include:
- Upselling and crossselling
- Establishing and maintaining customer relationships
- Discussing customer wants
- Arranging payment methods
- Gift wrapping items
- Offering advice
- Closing sales
Salary:
