Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop user personas, user flows, and journey maps to guide the design process.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Translate concepts into polished visual designs with a keen eye for detail and consistency.
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Strong understanding of usercentred design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design work, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.

Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, India
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:

- Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- UI/UX Design: 3 years (preferred)
