    Requirements

    Experience :
    as per Job descriptionEducation : B Tech / BE / MCA preferredCommunicationGood verbal and written communication in English.

    Interaction with North America / Europe clients during flexible hours.

    Team player who can effectively collaborate with other team members and stakeholders like Client team, QA, Product, DevOps.

    Technical supervisor / mentorLead, guide the team, remove technical blockers.

    Provide training and support to new team members and other stakeholders.

    Learn

    • Passionate about technology and should be willing to quickly learn new technologies and deliver

    Preferred:
    Should be willing to improve / learn Frontend development to be a Full Stack Architect in future

    Web / Browser based client – HTML, CSS, JavaScript / jQuery / React. OR

    Mobile Apps – React Native or core native technology for Android / iOS.

    Maintenance

    • Help troubleshoot and fix production issues.
    Cloud / DevOps

    • Any experience is plus.

    SKILLS:
    Proven experience in IT management or a related role. Strong understanding of IT solutions, services, and industry trends. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organizational and project management abilities. Negotiation and interpersonal skills. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

    Experience in customer support is a plus Proficiency in using bid management software & tools such as:
