The Training Content Curator for Engineering Excellence contributes to the

delivery of the structure, detail and content of training/courses that needs to be delivered by EE

This includes

  • Enable breaking down any training request into manageable and traceable chunks of features and user stories
  • Work with SMEs and content delivery / product organizations to confirm MVP / delivery scope. (similar to the pathway requested)
  • Adopt an MVP driven approach for delivery
  • Perform periodic reviews of the content to ensure Its fit for purpose
  • Work with the end users/engineering SMEs to ensure traceability of content to the technical training requirement is made.
  • Sign off on content relevance, quality, content on behalf of University
  • Be the Faceoff for the technology SMEs with the content developers
  • Interface and engage with L&D regularly to ensure completeness of the multiple contents that could be delivered to trace into a specific training request
  • Does periodic demos with the end users and product delivery team
  • Adopts an agile way of working to ensure content is delivered inline to the requirement
  • Experience of working with learning and development teams is essential
  • Should have experience working in an Agile ecosystem
  • Manage stakeholders across teams, products, L&D
  • Continuously innovates on the content
  • Builds measures to ensure excellence in training content
This role is accountable to ensure that all the content delivered is inline with the requirement/feature breakdown


This role is also responsible to contribute to the evaluation and assisting the process of onboarding potential vendors to deliver training against the organizational requirements.

Should participate and contribute to various ceremonies in the training team

Plays a crucial role in release planning, retrospectives and other ceremonies


Culture of starting small, learning fast and scaling should be brought in by this role in every engagement/ sprint release across teams.

This role is accountable to ensure that the overall engagement for every training course, the credits are managed effectively. This role is accountable to have this tied back to the performance management for every employee.


This role is accountable to ensure that the overall model for delivering a training to the end user is done early and there is a string mechanism of feedback in the process.

This role needs to manage each release's scope and delivery and make the content usable and adaptable

Be the point of contact for the feature teams/teams involved in content delivery

Work closely with product owner to handle new requests.

Helps the overall team come together to deliver a training seamlessly to the intended audience.


This role would need to support understanding the features to deliver against in conjunction with the PO, scrum master and deliver a fit for purpose training module.

Hold the ability to assess what would be built by L&D and by the ICG University team

Develop and implement of consistent methods and metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning solutions and proactively execute improvements as needed

Alongwith the Training Scrum master, this person is accountable to Develop presentations, communications, and marketing materials for a wide range of audiences and purposes, including presentations to HR and Business Partners and communications / marketing to learners

Keep abreast of leading-edge learning trends and learning technologies to continuously push the possibilities of social learning

This role will report to the Training PO.


Qualifications:

years of relevant experience in the Financial Service industry

  • Experience as Applications Development Manager
  • Experience as senior level in an Applications Development role
  • Stakeholder and people management experience
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Proven project management skills
  • Basic knowledge of industry practices and standards
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
