Description

As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our core hardware and glass fittings to potential customers in your designated territory.

You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our core hardware and glass fittings product range.
• Create and implement a sales strategy to target and acquire new customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
• Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close sales deals.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
• Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other required documentation.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the hardware or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of core hardware and glass fittings products
• Proven negotiation and sales closing skills.
• Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
• Valid driver's license and own 2wheeler is mandatory.
