Customer Care Executive

Salary:
₹18,000 to ₹22,000 + ₹200 to ₹900/day Incentives + Excellent Benefits + Conveyance Allowance + Cab Service Provided


Location:
Sector 74, Mohali (Cab service available for Kharar and Landran areas)


Timings: 7 PM to 5 AM (1:10-hour break)

Responsibilities:


  • Initiate outbound calls to generate new leads.
  • Create highquality leads following standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Utilize effective rebuttal techniques to handle customer inquiries.
  • Acquire indepth knowledge of product scripts and rebuttals for efficient lead generation.

Requirements:


  • Graduate with fluent English or experience Customer care advisor
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent qualification.
  • Exceptional English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptability and quick learning attributes.
  • Composed and enthusiastic communication style.
