Client Service - Non Voice

Fixed Weekends Off

Work from Office

Shift timing : 8.00 am to 5.00 pm

  • To generate invoice based on the scope of work performed by the technician onsite, which is to be captured from technician notes.
  • Identify if there has been any additional service is provided such as shipping, transportation or admin fees.
  • Identify if there are gaps in the service provided or the way it is captured leading to a dip in revenue collection.
  • Provide the customers with a clear notes of the service provided and steps taken to resolve issues.
  • Escalating the anomalies to the respective department/contact person when a special intervention is required.
