Roles and Responsibilities
- In-Depth knowledge of employee attendance & leave management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
- Understanding of onboarding & Exit process and employee documentation
- Competent in organizing and managing employee engagement programs
- Experience in handling employee queries regarding HR Department & HR Policy
- To create positive image of the company amongst employees and act as interface between Management and staff
- Proficient in Vendor Management, Bills & Utility and office troubleshooting
- Build positive reviews of the company on relevant online platforms
Salary:
₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
