- Proficiency in using recruitmentsoftware and social media for talentacquisition
- Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation andinfluencing abilities
- Ability to managemultiple recruitment processessimultaneously
- Highly organized with greatattention to detail
- Knowledge of employmentlaws and regulations
- Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced BPOenvironment
- Experience in employer branding andrecruitment marketing is a plus
