    Overview:

    The BPORecruiter plays a crucial role in the organization by identifyingattracting and hiring the best talent for our BPO operations. Theyare responsible for managing endtoend recruitment processes andensuring the successful onboarding of qualifiedcandidates.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Collaborate withhiring managers to understand staffingneeds
    • Source candidates using various methodssuch as job boards social media andnetworking
    • Conduct screening and initialinterviews to assess candidatequalifications
    • Coordinate and scheduleinterviews with hiring managers
    • Managerecruitment database and keep candidate recordsupdated
    • Extend job offers and negotiate termsof employment
    • Ensure a positive candidateexperience throughout the recruitmentprocess
    • Participate in recruitment events andjob fairs
    • Provide regular updates to hiringmanagers on the recruitmentpipeline
    • Collaborate with HR to facilitatebackground checks and onboardingprocesses
    • Contribute to the continuousimprovement of recruitment processes
    • Utilizerecruitment metrics to measure and improve hiringefficiency
    • Manage relationships withrecruitment agencies and external partners
    • Stayupdated on BPO industry trends and recruitment bestpractices
    • Adhere to company policies and legalregulations in recruitmentactivities

    RequiredQualifications:

    • Bachelors degree inHuman Resources Business Administration or relevantfield
    • Proven work experience as a BPO recruiteror in a similar role
    • Demonstrated expertise incandidate sourcing and assessingtechniques
    • Proficiency in using recruitmentsoftware and social media for talentacquisition
    • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills
    • Strong negotiation andinfluencing abilities
    • Ability to managemultiple recruitment processessimultaneously
    • Highly organized with greatattention to detail
    • Knowledge of employmentlaws and regulations
    • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced BPOenvironment
    • Experience in employer branding andrecruitment marketing is a plus
    • Certificationin Recruitment or Human Resources Management isdesirable
    • Proactive and resultsorientedapproach to recruitment
    • Strong analytical anddecisionmaking skills
    • Ability to build andmaintain professional networks andrelationships
