Customer Care Representative
- Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product service problems.
- Documenting all calls with regard to the customer's query accurately in the software
- Identifying, and escalating priority issues and reporting to the supervisors.
- Research required information using available resources/software.
- Provide quality customer support on every call
- Following call scripts to ensure quality support for customer satisfaction
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures
Requirement:
- Must be at least HSC Passed
- Salary - upto 15 K Flat
- Looking for immediate joiner
- WFO only from Ahmedabad
- Fresher or experienced both considerable but looking for immediate joiner
- Shift time - 6 Am to 12 AM (Any 9 hour shift) (Rotational Shift and rotational weekoff )
- No holiday leave but if they are working on festival day they will be paid extra.

Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
