Customer Care Representative

  • Answering calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product service problems.
  • Documenting all calls with regard to the customer's query accurately in the software
  • Identifying, and escalating priority issues and reporting to the supervisors.
  • Research required information using available resources/software.
  • Provide quality customer support on every call
  • Following call scripts to ensure quality support for customer satisfaction
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Requirement:


  • Must be at least HSC Passed
  • Salary - upto 15 K Flat
  • Looking for immediate joiner
  • WFO only from Ahmedabad
  • Fresher or experienced both considerable but looking for immediate joiner
  • Shift time - 6 Am to 12 AM (Any 9 hour shift) (Rotational Shift and rotational weekoff )
  • No holiday leave but if they are working on festival day they will be paid extra.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
