Position Overview:

As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Waghville Water Parks and Resorts Pvt Ltd, you will play a vital role in promoting and driving the growth of our water park and resort business.

Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities designed to attract customers, enhance brand awareness, and contribute to the overall success of the company.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales Generation:
Proactively identify potential clients and develop strategies to convert leads into sales.
Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively presenting the features and benefits of our water park and resort offerings.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.

Marketing Campaigns:

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand visibility and attracting new customers.

Utilize various marketing channels, including digital, social media, print, and events, to promote the water park and resort.

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities, providing insights to improve our offerings.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly.

Promotions and Partnerships:
Develop and manage promotional activities, discounts, and packages to drive customer engagement and boost revenue.
Establish partnerships with local businesses, tour operators, and travel agencies to expand our customer base.

Customer Engagement:
Ensure exceptional customer experiences by addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Gather customer insights to enhance service quality and tailor offerings to customer preferences.

Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate special events, parties, and corporate bookings, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Reporting:
Provide regular reports on sales performance, marketing initiatives, and customer feedback to management.
Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and make informed business decisions.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the hospitality or entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolving skills.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
