Role & responsibilities

  • Adapt communication style to fit the platform and maintain a professional tone.

Brand Representation:


  • Uphold the company's brand voice and image in all interactions.
  • Foster a positive brand perception through customer interactions.
  • The ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally is crucial for engaging with customers on social media platforms.
  • The ability to understand and empathize with customer concerns is essential. Patience is also important when dealing with challenging situations.
