2. Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to resolve customer disputes, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the company.

  • Act as a problem-solving expert, identifying and addressing customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions, products, or services, thereby enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address complex customer inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, ensuring all interactions are documented and tracked for future reference and analysis.

Salary:
₹20, ₹24,000.00 per month


Schedule:
