Description

We are looking for a
Social Media Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience in client servicing and social media management for
Brandsum Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time on-site role located in Kolkata.


Core purpose:

To manage day-to-day activities and tasks for specific client projects

Co-ordination with internal team members to deliver IT, Creative, Data Analytics and Operational Services

Develop a healthy relationship with the client and manage expectations

Manage projects to budget and time to proactively drive efficiencies and improve performance and learning


Specifically:


Develop and maintain a good working relationship with clients on a day-to-day basis with the support of the client service director or Line Manager.

Accurate recording/reporting of project documentation.

Manage Account resources where required to assist with account deliverables, internally.

Proactively managing issues as and when they arise knowing when to engage with internal parties for help and advice.

Taking full responsibility for team output in terms of quality and accuracy.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills


Process Improvement:

Constantly striving to improve internal processes & problem-solving skills.


Communication and Collaboration:

Management of all business communications

Manage all internal department briefings and the amends process ensuring reliable, consistent and accurate briefs are completed.


Skills:

Demonstrable customer relationship management

Working with Senior Account Manager to strategically coordinate for projects

Analytical and confident in briefing work to the internal partners

Good presentation skills both in development and delivery

Natural attention to detail

Strong project management skills

Software skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹144, ₹200,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Bachelor's (required)

Experience:

- client servicing and social media management: 1 year (preferred)
