Responsibilities:

Production Supervision:

Oversee daytoday production activities in the sheet metal fabrication department.
Coordinate with production staff to ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining quality standards.
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflow as needed to meet deadlines.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficiency measures to optimize production output.

Quality Control:

Implement and enforce quality control procedures to ensure products meet industry standards and customer specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to monitor product quality throughout the production process.
Investigate and address quality issues, nonconformances, and customer complaints promptly.
Collaborate with the quality assurance team to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions as needed.

Team Leadership:

Provide leadership and guidance to production and quality control teams.
Train and mentor production staff on proper manufacturing techniques, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability within the production department.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality inspections, and test results.
Generate reports and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production output and quality performance.
Communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech Mechanical) preferred.
35 years of experience in the sheet metal fabrication industry, with a strong understanding of production processes and quality control principles.
Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and blueprints.
Handson experience with sheet metal fabrication equipment and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay:
₹10, ₹30,667.82 per month
