Job Description English Language Trainer

Summary

The incumbent should be an experienced English Language trainer with the necessary knowledge and maturity to conduct English language enhancement programs for adult learners.

Experience in handling people from socio-economically marginalized fringes is desirable and should have some idea of blended learning.

Designation:
English Language Trainer

Remuneration: 25 K to 35 K (Depending on experience)

Experience:

5+ years of experience in teaching English as a second language with a minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate houses.

Educational Qualification:
Master Degree in any English will be a preference but not mandatory.

(TEFL, TESOL, IELTS certification will be an added advantage)

Responsibilities

Ideate, create and conduct result oriented English skill enhancement sessions.
Measure training effectiveness through appropriate matrices and communicate the results to the leadership
Create English/Softskill training modules for the staff and curate, modify & update content as and when
Drive the expected change in behavior through training and keep inspiring the learners for further
Coach, mentor and guide people to enable them to identify and develop their Reading, Writing, Speaking & Listening skills in Business English.
Drive app based and classroom training programs for English development in different Being able to maintain dashboards, monitor progress and follow up closely to drive relevant programs continuously.

Proven track record of working as an English Language Teacher.

Extremely well versed in verbal, written and oral communication
Highly presentable with great interpersonal skills
Proper team playing attitude
Analytical and capable of working in an unstructured environment
Ability to plan, ideate and implement
Very good networking ability
