Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying potential customers.
- Support sales representatives in preparing and delivering sales presentations or demonstrations.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information, pricing details, and other relevant information.
- Follow up with customers to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and tactics.
- Assist in organizing and participating in sales events.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape to effectively assist customers and contribute to sales efforts.
Minimum
- Graduate/ BBA/ MBA
1 Year + in B2B
Salary:
₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
