    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media & Content Specialist with expertise in digital platforms and a passion for fashion and journalism. This role demands a savvy social media expert who can craft and execute innovative strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive conversation around traditional and contemporary Indian culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our visibility, engagement, and influence across all platforms.

    Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, reels, stories, and videos that showcase Indian arts, crafts, and fashion.

    Stay current with social media trends and best practices to ensure cutting-edge content delivery.

    Collaborate with influencers, artists, and brands to create buzz and expand our audience.

    Manage content schedules, ensuring a consistent and timely flow of high-quality material.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Fashion, Journalism, or related field, with substantial coursework or experience in digital media and social media management.

    Proven track record of creating impactful social media content and campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

    Deep understanding and proficiency in major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube) and management tools.

    Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills, with a portfolio demonstrating content creation across various social media platforms.

    Passion for and knowledge of Indian culture, arts, and fashion, with a keen eye for integrating traditional elements with modern media.
