  • Basic knowledge of refractory materials and competitors.
  • Knowledge of the internal core processes (Intercompany, cash Transaction)
  • Shared Service Centre understanding. Operating in muticultural organization.
  • People and Project Management Skills
  • Must have expertise in SAP S4 Hana and MS-Office
  • Fluency in writing and speaking English; every additional language will be considered an asset.

  • Ability to identify and report areas of possible conflicts

About the job


We are currently looking for a proactive, action-oriented and highly motivated R2R Intercompany (IC) Professional for our Business Shared Service Centre (BSC) on a full-time basis.

This position will be based at our Gurugram office.


The
BSC R2R IC Professional
within the BSC India be responsible for managing the service delivery that ensures the completion of Intercompany (IC) accounting.

He / she will be expected to provide leadership to the GPOs and ensure their adherence to the governance process.

The ability to further develop and document processes and procedures will be critical to the role.

Demonstrates agility to align service delivery to changing business requirements and to enhance Customer /User experiences by implementation of continuous improvement and transformational initiatives.


Your tasks will include:

Perform intercompany accounting:

  • Coordinate with respective users for provision template and post provision entries post analyzing them
  • Post intercompany entries for adjustment (other than intercompany imports/exports) which involves goods in transit adjustments, royalty, service charge, loans/interest, etc.
  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and identify, analyse variances.
  • Coordinate with local and global BSC teams to resolve variance and finalize intercompany balances.
  • Manage cash transactions
  • Perform monthly intercompany reconciliations and identify, analyse variances.
  • Prepare daily fund statement and share with retained organization.
  • Prepare weekly cash position statement and bank reconciliation statement.
  • Coordinate with BSC AP/AR teams to reconcile identified variance, adjustments to be made or clarifications required.

Query Handling:

  • Handle queries from various stakeholders in the organization

Quality Assurance & Service Level Agreement (SLA) Compliance:

  • Ensure high level of accuracy in deliverables
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency in invoice processing
  • Adherence to process SLAs

Teamwork & Communication:

  • Ensure a 'customer centric' and 'partnership approach' to develop strong relationships with other working groups
  • Effective communication of issues across the BSC and working groups

Knowledge Management and Retention:

  • Service delivery processes are documented and reviewed regularly to ensure its appropriateness. Keeping uptodate with changes to policies and procedures.

Transformation and Change Management:

  • Support GPO's including identification, proposal development and other pursuit activities for transformation

Stakeholder engagement:

  • Develop and manage regular engagement with the stakeholders (internal and external) for predictable service delivery.
  • Provides regular performance updates to appropriate stakeholders

Leadership tasks:

  • Competence development
  • Balancing of workload and assignment of tasks
  • Internal and external conflict management

Management-responsibility:

  • Determination of KPIs to be achieved
  • Development of BSC R2R Team
