Description
Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.

  • Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
  • Attend meetings and take notes, providing summaries and action items to relevant parties.
  • Handle office logistics, including supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update departmental calendars, contact lists, and databases.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements.
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental reports and presentations.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating departmental events and meetings.
  • Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
  • Handle any other administrative duties and responsibilities as required.
  • Having 2 to 3 years of experience as an Office Coordinator

Salary:
₹16, ₹35,000.96 per month
