Description
Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the office.- Follow up on action items and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Attend meetings and take notes, providing summaries and action items to relevant parties.
- Handle office logistics, including supplies inventory, equipment maintenance, and facility management.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update departmental calendars, contact lists, and databases.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements.
- Assist in preparing and monitoring departmental reports and presentations.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating departmental events and meetings.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Handle general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
- Handle any other administrative duties and responsibilities as required.
- Having 2 to 3 years of experience as an Office Coordinator
Salary:
₹16, ₹35,000.96 per month
