Description
Knowledge of material specs, material sourcing points, product costing.- Knowledge of fabrication drawings.
- Cutting lists knowledge.
- Making Bill of Material and coordination with Store Team for ordering parts and fittings for products
- Finishing line paint line/powder coating, veneer, melamine faced.
- Management & coordination of factory wood, uphosltery & paint works.
- Plan, organize and direct manufacturing.
- Prepare & update production schedules.
- Ensure processes and systems are followed.
- Ensure effective utilization of manpower, machines and materials.
- Assign accountability workers and ensure timely completion.
- Manage & maintain records of inventory and stores.
- Maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
- Ensure quality.
- Ensure profitability by managing costs.
- Maintenance
- Implement preventive maintenance.
- Regular maintenance of machines.
- Ensure maintenance of floor with help of care taker.
- overlooking production quality and processes
- ensuring production to the highest standards
- implementing knowledge of furniture design and manufacturing
- dealing with workers
- making and Maintaining Daily Production Reports
- Knowledge of Autocad and MS office Must
Job Types:

Salary:
₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
