  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Proficiency in using pointofsale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.

Profile Introduction:


Responsibilities:


  • Manage daytoday operations of the clothing department, including inventory management, merchandise displays, and staff scheduling.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with product inquiries, fitting sessions, and purchases.
  • Drive sales through effective merchandising strategies, promotions, and upselling techniques.
  • Train and supervise clothing department staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
  • Analyze sales reports and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout, including proper signage and cleanliness standards.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to remain competitive in the fashion retail sector.

Requirements:


  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detailoriented with a keen eye for visual merchandising.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • A passion for fashion and staying current with industry trends.

Salary:

₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
