Greet and assist customers as they shop for new products- Suggest applicable and relevant upsells to help customers walk out the door with everything they need
- Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly sales quotas
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers
- Prepare and submit weekly sales reports to management
- Assist other team members with transactions when necessary
- Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Building and maintaining a CRM database.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings. Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our sales team for closing.
Salary:
₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
