Description
Production Executive typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can include:

  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that the events run smoothly from beginning to end
  • Oversee the entire event production process and not limited to venue selection, vendor management, budget, logistics, and onsite execution
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers and secure best possible rates and terms
  • Stay uptodate with the industry norms, trends, identifying new opportunities for growth and development
  • Production costing is necessary
  • Managing staff and ensuring they have adequate training to perform their jobs
  • Preparing post P& L report and guiding the team to create a post P&L report
  • Creating a budget for the event based on the project
  • Attending client meetings online and offline for a new project brief
  • Coordinating all aspects of the event, coordinating with the creative team, providing proper size details with the team including choosing vendors and contractors, setting up the final event

Salary:
₹100, ₹300,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
