Oversee the maintenance and efficient operation of all electrical systems within the facility.

Manage water systems, including plumbing, irrigation, and wastewater disposal, ensuring proper functionality and conservation.
Coordinate floor management activities, including maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols.
Supervise janitorial staff and ensure cleanliness standards are met throughout the facility.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility operations, including energy efficiency initiatives and waste reduction programs.
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address any safety hazards.
Collaborate with vendors and contractors to obtain quotes, schedule repairs, and procure necessary supplies.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, expenditures, and equipment inventory.
Provide training and support to staff on facilityrelated procedures and protocols.
Stay informed about industry best practices and regulations related to facility management.
