Wurfel is looking to hire Sales/ Business Development Manager with 1+ Years' Experience on a Full-time basis at its Vizag Studio.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Preferably from Marketing or interior design background.
  • Have a pleasing personality.
  • Have Good communication & presentation skills.
  • Have good interpersonal and management skills.
  • Should be flexible to work to meet business needs
  • Educational Qualifications: Graduation/ Post Graduation.
  • Design software skills would be an added advantage.

Responsibilities and Duties

KRAs:


  • Should be responsible for handling customer walkins and selling kitchens & wardrobes.
  • Engage in the entire sales process from lead management, contact management, cold calling, client communication, proposals, contracts, client followups.
  • Be able to educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company.
  • Achieving sales targets month on month.
  • Engage in business development activities including proposals, sales, and marketing collateral creation.
  • Execute and implement marketing and sales initiatives, both online and offline.
  • Be able to coordinate with the internal department to ensure the smooth functioning of the project at each stage.
  • Addressing and closing on client's issues and taking feedback.
  • Required to do followups post sales.
  • Meeting with architects, interiordesigners, as well as PMCs to discuss design ideas and generate leads from them.
