Wurfel is looking to hire Sales/ Business Development Manager with 1+ Years' Experience on a Full-time basis at its Vizag Studio.
Qualifications and Skills
- Preferably from Marketing or interior design background.
- Have a pleasing personality.
- Have Good communication & presentation skills.
- Have good interpersonal and management skills.
- Should be flexible to work to meet business needs
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation/ Post Graduation.
- Design software skills would be an added advantage.
Responsibilities and Duties
KRAs:
- Should be responsible for handling customer walkins and selling kitchens & wardrobes.
- Engage in the entire sales process from lead management, contact management, cold calling, client communication, proposals, contracts, client followups.
- Be able to educate customers about the competitive advantages of the products of the company.
- Achieving sales targets month on month.
- Engage in business development activities including proposals, sales, and marketing collateral creation.
- Execute and implement marketing and sales initiatives, both online and offline.
- Be able to coordinate with the internal department to ensure the smooth functioning of the project at each stage.
- Addressing and closing on client's issues and taking feedback.
- Required to do followups post sales.
- Meeting with architects, interiordesigners, as well as PMCs to discuss design ideas and generate leads from them.
