Description

• Responsible for daily performance testing, system initialization, monitoring race day operations, and normal dayend reports.
• Responsible for input of all information to the system, and for making any manual adjustments required insuring that the system operates properly.
• Responsible for opening up wagers and locking out wagers.
• Perform uptodate data entry of horsemen information.
• Providing support on issues and processes relating to horse racing.
• Reviewing and escalating horse racingrelated issues or queries that are raised into Operations.
• Responsible for communication links to track locations.
• Responsible for executing established procedures in emergency situations.
• Efficiently and accurately processes all parimutuel wages in the system.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with end users
• Strong phone, computer, and data entry skills with demonstrated attention to detail
• Good knowledge of all gaming products, game types, and platforms.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as individually.
• Interest in keeping up to date with technology and the ability to understand technical specifications.
• Ability to follow instructions and think logically when faced with a problem.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
