Description
Ø Collecting and analyzing customer data.

Ø Using CRM systems to manage relationships.

Ø Developing new ways to meet customers' needs.

Ø Handling customer complaints.

Ø Overseeing the interactions between customers and key team members, such as Customer Service Representatives.

Ø Creating and executing retention campaigns.

Ø Developing marketing campaigns to attract new customers.

Ø Collaborating with sales, marketing, customer service and operations teams to improve the customer experience.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
