Roles & Responsibilities:

Raw material inspection
Raw material physical & chemical analysis
Finished product analysis (HSS, NSS, SPICE, CEREALS, PULSES) physical and chemical
Online sample collection and maintaining records throughout the process(Fit for pack, online hourly inspection, pre & post sample)
Empty Container inspection
Sampling of FG
Packaging material testing and label checking
Making samples as per marketing requirement for buyers and also couriering samples to various labs
Maintain records of all the analysis performed (water testing, online, FG, Raw material, lux verification, gauss strength checking, needle breakage record, pre/post, hourly inspection, glass records, balance calibration, packaging material inspection, moisture meter calibration
