International Voice Process - Customer Support


Position:
Senior Customer Support Executive


Experience:
Minimum 1 year Exp. in International Voice process


CTC:
3.75 LPA + Allowances + Variables

5 days a week, 2 days off (Rotational)

Shifts: 24*7 (Rotational)

Work From Office (WFO): Yes


Location:
Pune.

Transportation: 2-way cab

Immediate Joiners Preferred References would be highly appreciated.


Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support through voice interactions

Resolve customer queries and issues promptly

Ensure a positive customer experience


Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in International voice Process

Excellent communication skills in English

Ability to work in a 24*7 environment

Customer-focused mindset
