    Overview:

    Weare seeking dynamic and motivated Field Sales Officers to join oursales team in Trichy. This role is ideal for gogetters who areready to tackle new challenges and consistently meet sales targets.The successful candidates will be responsible for driving salesgrowth by engaging directly with customers in thefield.

    KeyResponsibilities:

    • Conductdaily field visits to meet with potential clients and promote ourproducts/services.
    • Achieve a minimumof three sales closures eachday.
    • Develop and maintain strongrelationships with new and existingcustomers.
    • Implement effective salesstrategies and plans to increase product awareness and salesperformance.
    • Report daily salesactivities and outcomes to the salesmanager.
    • Monitor competitoractivities and market conditions to identify opportunities forincreasedsales.


    Requirements

    • Provenexperience (12 years) infield sales with a track record ofachieving sales targets.
    • Graduate inany discipline.
    • Must own atwowheeler for daily fieldvisits.
    • Possession of a smartphonein excellent working condition to manage communications and salesapps.
    • Strong interpersonal andnegotiation skills.
    • Excellentorganizational and time managementskills.
    • A gogetter attitude open tofacing and overcoming newchallenges.
    • Abilityto adapt to changing market conditions and customerdemands.
    • Strong problemsolvingskills and the ability to think on yourfeet.
    • Candidates must be preparedfor extensive daily travel within the assignedterritory.
