Key Responsibilities:

Global Financial Strategy:
Develop and execute effective financial strategies that align with the company's international expansion goals. Analyze global market trends, currency fluctuations, and economic indicators to make informed financial decisions.


Foreign Exchange Management:
Monitor currency exchange rates and implement strategies to mitigate foreign exchange risks. Collaborate with relevant teams to manage currency exposure and ensure optimal conversion rates for international transactions.


International Taxation:
Stay up-to-date with international tax laws and regulations. Provide guidance on tax implications for cross-border transactions, transfer pricing, and international tax planning. Ensure compliance with local tax requirements in various jurisdictions.


Cross-Border Transactions:
Oversee and facilitate cross-border financial transactions, including fund transfers, intercompany transactions, and hedging strategies. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient international financial operations.


Financial Reporting:
Prepare and review consolidated financial statements for international operations. Provide accurate and timely financial information to support decision-making and meet reporting obligations in various countries.


Risk Management:
Identify and assess financial risks associated with international operations. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard the company's financial interests.


Liaison with International Partners:
Build and maintain strong relationships with international financial institutions, regulatory bodies, and business partners. Negotiate terms for financial services, credit facilities, and international contracts.


Compliance and Regulatory Oversight:
Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate compliance risks.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals responsible for international financial operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, and business development, to drive international business initiatives.


Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in international finance, treasury, or a similar role within a multinational corporation or financial institution.
• Indepth knowledge of international financial markets, foreign exchange, crossborder transactions, and international taxation.
• Strong understanding of global financial regulations, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive financial growth and optimize international financial operations.
• Leadership skills to effectively manage and inspire a diverse team.
