- Execute cold calls and cold emails, including drafting scripts and messaging
- Build and manage your own follow-up sequences across calls and emails
- Identify and research ICP-fit brands and decision-makers
- Qualify leads clearly and define qualification criteria (fit, intent, readiness)
- Own the end-to-end pre-sales cycle from prospecting to qualified handoff
- Experiment with new outreach ideas, tools, and channels
- Track outreach, pipeline, and results using CRM and automation tools
- Report progress, learnings, and outcomes regularly
- 1–2 years of cold outreach experience (calls/emails) or strong networking skills as a fresher
- High comfort with rejection and consistent follow-ups
- Strong spoken and written English; ability to write clear, persuasive emails
- Good research and qualification mindset
- Experience with sales, outreach, and CRM tools (AI tools preferred)
