Fluent, neutral accent English language skills.
Able to understand, assess and articulate a response - both written and verbal.
Good telephone skills, able to listen patiently & remain focused throughout the conversation
Good team working skills with the ability to contribute to effective team performance
Basic influencing & persuasion skills.
Good self-organizational skills.


CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION

  • Must have:
Graduate / Undergraduate.


Important notes:

5 days working and any 2 week offs.
Should be flexible in 24*7 shifts.
Should be within Transport Boundary.
IATA certification or Experience in airline ticketing would be an added advantage.
