The Opportunity

Essential duties and Responsibilities:

Years of Experience
: 10+years

Programming background is ideal, but not necessary.
Must be able to deal with ambiguity and complexity
Must be able to break down complex ideas into smaller tasks
Must be able to take high level ideas and discover details by asking questions and interviewing others
Must have a high social IQ ability to get along with others in stressful environments
Looking for someone who had been on numerous projects having at least 10 year's experience
SCRUM and AGILE experience is necessary these are software development methodologies
Intellectually curious they want to solve problems it's their base make up.
