Should be able to display a high level of empathy while dealing with customer problems and humanize the communication aspect irrespective of the channel of interaction.

Communication

Should possess good English verbal skills - at par with VETI 4

Computer Proficiency

Should know basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office, Outlook.

Operating Model

100% Work from office.

6 days working model and week off, as per business requirements.

Transport will be governed by Tech M BPS policy
