Description
Will be responsible for SOH activities, Casual Kiosk leasing & will be looking after the Signage leasing.


Lease Administration:

- Ensure accurate tracking and recording of SOH inventory - Fixed Kiosk, Temp Kiosk, Indoor & Outdoor SIgnages.

- Maintain a comprehensive database of all casual leasing agreements, including terms, conditions, and payment schedules.

- Regularly review and update lease contracts to align with changing market conditions and business needs.

- Monitor lease expirations and proactively engage with tenants to negotiate lease renewals or seek new tenants for vacant spaces.

- Handle tenant enquiries and concerns related to casual leasing.

Revenue Optimization:

- Develop strategies to attract and retain high-quality casual tenants, maximizing revenue potential for vacant spaces.

- Develop pricing strategies that consider market demand, duration of leases, and the location of the leasing spaces.

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to determine optimal pricing structures for casual leasing agreements.

- Regularly review and adjust rental rates and terms to reflect market dynamics and achieve maximum occupancy.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling campaigns and drive foot traffic to casual leasing areas.

- Identify opportunities for additional revenue generation through ATLs, BTLs, promotional events, pop-up shops, or other innovative concepts.

- Responsible for preparing marketing calendar & events and executing the same as per the schedule.

- Coordination with vendors for marketing set-up and decor, taking approval & execution.

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month

Experience:
