On Field Service Engineer

CTC to 15000


Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, repair, and maintain equipment at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues and develop solutions to resolve them
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
  • Maintain accurate records of service visits, parts used, and labor performed
  • Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify opportunities for service and support improvements
  • Provide training and support to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
  • Travel to customer sites as needed, including overnight stays

Qualifications:

  • ITI, Diploma, Btech Electronics
  • Fresher or Experienced
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel frequently and work flexible hours
