Description

WSP is looking for a SPV Project Coordinator to join our PPP and Property Advisory Team that would help the team to manage SPV Project Compliance and Governance Framework.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Maintain various compliance schedules & governance trackers and liaise with the General Managers on information requirements. Liaise directly with the projects' FM Contractors, as requested by the General Manager;
  • Collate and obtain information and records to demonstrate compliance with the obligations set out in the PA and MSAs;
  • Review records for compliance and obtain General Manager's authorisation that documents and records meet the obligations of the PA and the MSA;
  • Issue Management Reports on a monthly basis to show level of compliance per project;
  • Maintain a register of all WSP audits and monitor and report on the audit programme for each project;
  • Assist the General Managers in the maintenance of the PPM/Planned Maintenance Register and issue a look forward report on a monthly basis. Assist with the review of documentation and management reporting;
  • Assist with desk top audits of Helpdesk and KPIs as directed by the SPV Operations Director;
  • Review General Managers' audit information and identify trends and include within the management reports;
  • Assist with the development of audit templates and implementing an automating system;
  • Assist with the production of Board reports in respect of project compliance and auditing findings and corrective action taken;
  • Assist with the production of fee proposals and marketing material to demonstrate the SPV Project Compliance & Governance Framework;
  • To support the mobilisation of new SPV projects in setting up the auditing and compliance framework; and
  • Provide SPV project Management support as requested by the Head of Service/Operations Director.
