Manage the nursing department and oversee the nursing staff

  • Provide training and education to nursing staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide quality care
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians and therapists, to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Develop policies and procedures for the nursing department to ensure the highest level of patient care
  • Maintain accurate records of patient care and nursing department activities
  • Ability to coordinate with Management

Salary:
₹19, ₹21,000.00 per month
