What you will be doing:

Provides technical support activities for a software production processing environment.
Detects, diagnoses and reports related problems.
Provides consultation to internal users with regard to software capabilities and use.
Uses appropriate diagnostic tools to isolate and resolve incidents, problems or known errors.
Verifies technical specifications for development projects.
Acts as project liaison/Services Delivery advocate on projects

What you bring:

Skilled at working with web product installations:
IIS
SSO Integration (OARS uses OKTA)
Managing SSL certificate\key exchanges and working with OARS on DNS related activities, particularly for cutting over from old to new environment.
MS SQL experience and understanding metadata to configure, run queries for troubleshooting, provide guidance to FIS Centralized DBA Teams who don't know the Omni products.
Basic understanding of OmniLink and how to read / interpret API logs for troubleshooting.
Experience / Working knowledge of Apache for load balancing
Experience / Working knowledge of JBOSS
Experience / Working knowledge of Akamai (FIS's denial of service (DOS) security tool)
Understanding of the Omni Web Solution framework and its capabilities (hot folders, file sweeps, etc.)
