Salary: 15,000 to 35,000 per month

Requirements:

Fluent written as well as oral communication skills is mandatory
Must be able to do free hand typing, should have good Computer Skills mandatory
Should be punctual, disciplined, and detailoriented
A good team player who is happy to upgrade his/her knowledge on the job
Fresher can also apply.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a good relationship with all the existing clients and have a regular collaboration with them when needed

Call new clients and explain to them about our products and services

Experienced & Fresher in sales or customer service

Must be able to work comfortably with English and American clients
Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Excellent knowledge of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Cooltempered and able to handle rejection
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
High school/diploma; BSc/BA/ any Graduation will be a plus
