    Description
    Job Title: UI/UXDesignerJobDescription:As a UI/UXDesigner you will be responsible for designing and creating userinterfaces for digitalproducts such aswebsites mobile applications and software. You will work closelywith developersproduct managers and otherstakeholders to understand user needs gather requirementsandcreate designs that are userfriendlyvisually appealing andefficient.Responsibilities:
    • Conductuser research and gather user requirements to create user personasuser stories and user
    • journeymaps.
    • Design wireframes prototypes andhighfidelity mockups that effectively communicatedesign
    • concepts and userflows.
    • Create responsive and adaptive designsthat work across different devices andplatforms.
    • Develop and maintain design systemsstyle guides and UI patternlibraries.
    • Collaborate with developers toensure designs are implemented correctly and accordingto
    • specifications.
    • Conductusability testing and analyze user feedback to improve designs anduser experience.
    • Keep uptodate with emergingtrends in UI/UX design design tools andtechnologies.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelorsdegree in graphic design interaction design or related field (orequivalent work
    • experience in a relatedfield).
    • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designeror similar role.
    • Proficiency in design toolssuch as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or other similarsoftware.
    • Ability to take initiative andownership of features from conception to final designassets
    • Knowledge of user interface designprinciples user experience design principles and designthinking
    • methodologies.
    • Experienceon both mobile and desktop platforms is aplus.
    • Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
    • Ability to work independently as wellas part of a team.
    • Portfolio demonstratingdesign skills and experience in UI/UXdesign.
