RoleDescription
Thisis a fulltime onsite role for a UI/UX Designer located at Chennai.The UI/UX Designer will work collaboratively with product managersdevelopers and other stakeholders to create intuitive and visuallyappealing website interfaces mobile applications and other digitaluser experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience indesigning user flows wireframes prototypes and user interfaces aswell as knowledge of usercentered design principles accessibilityand usability testing. The UI/UX Designer will use various designsoftware such as Adobe Creative Suite to create prototypes anddesigns for user interface and web graphics that are visuallyappealing and userfriendly. Additionally the UI/UX Designer willwork closely with the development team to ensure that the designsare feasible to implement in code and will iterate and refinedesigns based on feedback from customers andstakeholders.
Qualifications

• 3years of demonstrated experience in UI/UX design web design graphicdesign or a related field
• Bachelors or Mastersdegree in Graphic Design UI/UX Design HumanComputer Interaction orequivalent practical experience
• Demonstratedexperience in designing UI UX and interaction concepts workflowswireframes and visual designs
• Experienceworking with UI design software including Figma Sketch Adobe XDand/or InVision
• Strong design portfoliodemonstrating creative thinking UI and UX problemsolving and designprinciples
• Knowledge of user research methodsincluding user interviews surveys and usabilitytesting
• Understanding of HTML/CSS and webdevelopment frameworks such as Bootstrap Foundation or MaterialDesign
• Fluency in English excellentcommunication collaboration and interpersonalskills
