Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our creative team.

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and brand recognition for our clients.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, goals, and target audience.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
Create and curate compelling and visually appealing content, and written posts.
Monitor and engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media data and performance metrics to track the success of campaigns and make datadriven recommendations for improvement.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, algorithms, and emerging social media platforms.
Plan and schedule content calendars, including post timing and frequency, to maximize reach and engagement.
Explore and implement paid social media advertising strategies when applicable.
Provide regular reports and insights to clients, showcasing the impact of social media efforts on their business objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, dynamic agency environment.
Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager) is a plus.

Salary:
₹10, ₹30,000.00 per month
