JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Manager, Partner Acquisition You will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential retail entrepreneurs to revolutionize the convenience grocery retail industry in India.
The primary focus is to build a strong digital funnel and lead a team to optimize the experience of potential entrepreneurs by providing counseling and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire potential retail entrepreneurs aligned with the company's vision and values.
- Build and manage a robust digital acquisition funnel to generate qualified prospects.
- Lead and mentor a team of acquisition specialists to optimize their performance.
- Establish relationships with industry networks, associations, and relevant platforms to expand partnership opportunities.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify target markets, assess competition, and implement effective acquisition tactics.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of new partners.
- Provide personalized counseling and support to potential entrepreneurs, addressing their concerns and facilitating informed decisions.
- Monitor key metrics and performance indicators related to partner acquisition, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
REQUIREMENTS
- 03 Years experience post MBA from a Premier Business school.
- Proven experience in partner or business development, preferably in the retail or ecommerce industry, Edtech, Fast paced startups.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in leading teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make datadriven decisions.
- Selfmotivated and resultoriented, thriving in a fastpaced environment.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for lead generation and customer relationship management.
- Knowledge of Kannada language is preferred.

About the role :
Proper central Role, 60% of Planning and 40% Execution
He will be responsible to lead and build a team, offline lead generation,as we are looking for new ways to bring these jaints or lead flow he will be responsible to refine the conversion process
He is not expected to deliver on field but expected to learn from ground
Previous experience - Should have marking Growth, Process excellence, team leading experience, Should have worked with Influencer, founder mindset, should be able to make the decision looking at the data, Highly energetic and adoptive
Budget LPA + 10 %
Should be able to speak in Kannada
